This camper is in great condition. I am the second owner, the appliances have never been used - always cooked, and did dishes outside and used coolers (appliances do work - mainly used for sleeping). Previous owner did the same thing. Non-smoking owners and the top was completely replaced, just do to age. The camper is small enough to be pulled behind a smaller SUV or car, we pulled it with a Jeep Liberty and couldn't even notice it behind us.
