I am selling this unit with a 5 year warranty I bought last April, so you will be covered for about 4 1/2 years! The warranty is transferrable to a new owner. Just over 2 years old, excellent condition, one owner, no pets, non smoker. Exterior features include 101" wide body, white exterior with black front cap, length is 36' 11", it weighs close to 11,000lbs, hitch weight is at 2053lbs, cargo weight is around 3,000lbs, it has 6,000lb axles, original tires in excellent condition, 3 slide toppers, 6 point electric auto level up system, JT Strongarm stabilizers, electric awning with LED strip lighting, rear bike/cargo rack rated to carry 450lbs, MorRyde king pin, 4 step entry, slam latches on all exterior doors, outside shower, black tanks flush, 3 20lb propane tanks with auto switch, 12V heat pads on all tanks, full system water purifier, 10 gallon water heater with quick recovery. Inside, you will find leather theatre seats, large leather couch, MCD day and night roller shades throughout, 40" LED smart TV in living room, fireplace, stereo with surround sound cd/dvd player, separate stereo receiver in the cargo area with cd player and usb port, outside speakers. I had the wheel bearings repacked and new seals a year and a half ago and the brakes adjusted. The reason I am selling is I am upgrading to another unit.
