This is an amazing fifth wheel! This one won't disappoint. It has true quality light weight construction with so many amazing features. It has FOUR SEASON INSULATION with an R-38 INSULATION VALUE in the roof, R-34 in the floor, and DUAL PANE WINDOWS! So you have great insulation throughout the trailer giving you a true ARCTIC INSULATION PACKAGE! There are so many nice features and options! It has tons of storage built in throughout the trailer, including huge amounts of outdoor storage. The layout is wonderful. The whole space is beautiful with earth tones and modern decor, including stainless steal appliances. In the kitchen and dining area there are beautiful pendant lights that make the space feel like home. There are also large windows throughout giving great natural light. The living room has a leather hide a bed couch, and 2 seat leather recliner loveseat. The couch, and loveseat are placed nicely for viewing the entertainment center. The entertainment center has a ton of storage, a lovely large flatscreen TV, pull out desk, and fireplace! The entertainment center really makes the space look like home. The kitchen is AMAZING! There is an awesome KITCHEN ISLAND with SO MUCH COUNTERSPACE! The island is on lockable casters so you can customize your workspace to suite you. All the counters are solid surface Corian. The kitchen also gives nice cabinet space. It has a nice PANTRY. The kitchen is fully equipped with, HUGE 4 DOOR FRIDGE/FREEZER, large double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave oven with hood fan. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen There are 2 chairs that fold up, and can be used outside, or stored easily out of the way. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a WALK AROUND KING BED. The bedroom also has tons of storage in the nice built in cabinets, chest of drawers, and big closet next to the bed. There is also a second closet area that has washer/dryer hook-ups. The bathroom is all in one private room with RARE DOUBLE SINK LAYOUT, large glass shower, great storage, and the commode. This fifth wheel is very spacious with the 2 huge slides across from each other in the living space, the third slide in the bedroom, and the fourth slide in the bathroom. It has 2 air-conditioners and a large furnace. With this and the insulation package, it is ready to keep you very comfortable in the cold and hot weather!
