This 2018 Columbus 386FK by Palomino Fifth Wheel appears to be in very nice condition and well-maintained. The sellers explained that the RV was purchased locally and delivered to its current location, where it has remained since. Consequently, the tires are original with a tire date code of 2117. The new dual RV recliners with a console were just replaced on 3/27 and they look great. The only discrepancy appears to be the fabric used on the sofas, which is unfortunately common among many RVs manufactured in the same timeframe. The outer "pleather" material is pealing and is currently hidden under covers. The sellers state that all features and functions work as intended and have produced all the original owners' manuals. Overall, the upholstery and flooring are in good shape. However, there is wear and tear on the recliners (see photos). New roof installed in Sept 2023 appears intact and in good condition. It was raining during the photoshoot, and there was no visible water intrusion. The steps leading up to the kitchen have some paint wear; a touchup is needed. All lights and electronics worked fine during the photoshoot. The tires are in good shape and have tread. Three tires have 2017 date codes; one tire has 2016. This model is the newest floor plan, a FRONT kitchen, unlike anything you've seen. With five slides, three sofas, 2 TVs and even a fireplace, you won't be able to compare this to anything else! Taking the phrase "fully equipped kitchen" to a whole new level, this Columbus is purely gourmet. There is ample storage space, a huge pantry, built-in spice racks and even a fully residential fridge for whipping up any meal.  The booth/table is also a great use of space. The center of the coach is the living area.
