I'm selling my 2000 Pace American trailer. This 44 ft enclosed trailer has 36 ft of usable space on the floor and 8 ft for a loft over the truck bed. Trailer is fully finished inside. It has lots of light. The trailer also has a/c. I never used it or tried it but previous owner told me it was in working condition. I transported motorcycles and cars in this trailer so I didn't need to use the a/c. Mechanically, the trailer is in excellent shape. Just 2000 miles ago, I invested more than $1200 for all brake plates, new bearings, 4 new drum (2 in very good shape so my mechanic told me I didn't need to change them). This trailer is ready to go anywhere. And it should be good for the next few years without any work. I've had this trailer for more than 2 years and I haven't had any problems. I'm just not using it enough to keep it. All the lights work. When I bought the trailer, it had a living area. I took out the kitchen elements from the floor and the shower/toilet bowl. All the wiring and plumbing is still there so you could install new equipment easily. Trailer has a large water tank that is installed. I had planned to redo the floor (the floor is not in bad shape but I ripped the vinyl covering and had wanted to replace it) but now, I'm including the new, diamond-plate floor pieces along with the trailer. The pieces (3 or 4) are 4x8 and cost $230 a piece. The trailer has a high top so you can easily fit a work van inside the trailer. The side door is also wider so you can load a full size motorcycle through the side door. The trailer has some scratches and under one of the stickers is a 7 inch rip but I put my company sticker so it isn't visible and you could do the same if this bothers you. I think this is the best trailer for someone who does transporting. Trailer has a valid DOT inspection as you can see in the photo. Comes with a clean PA title. This is sold as is, without warranty.
