They have 6000 miles since replaced - New Tv in front over drivers / New Tv in bedroom. Bedroom TV smart TV - New Memory foam mattress in bedroom - New sewer hose and water supply hose / water filter - New master radio - Bose speakers in front for front radio -New digital TV antenna- Jack TV New in 2016 - Brakes - Calipers, pads, flex hoses, master cylinder Options on RV - Jacking system - 1 jack in front, 2 in rear. Works perfect - 5000W on board generator run off gas tank - front and rear radio system - Power drivers window - Power retracting entry step - Power furnace - 2 AC units with shedding sytem - Propane / Electric fridge. Cools perfect - Propane stove and cooktop. - Captain chairs swivel 180 degrees - Couch has 2 cupholders and under storage - Booth has new covering and storage underneath -AC units serviced and blows ice cold -New showerhead -Full awnings. Show very little wear and work perfect Runs and drives perfect down the road. Just took it on a 3 hour trip south over Labor day weekend. Reason to sell is converting to a 5th wheel toy hauler. We've never towed with this RV as the engine still has under 4K miles on it. When you see these with 50K plus miles on it its getting close to a trans or engine overhaul time.
