2012 Outdoors Rv Manufacturing Creek Side 18CK, This is a great well kept trailer. We purchased it new in March 2012 and have used it about four times a year for mostly weekends. The Creekside by Outdoors RV in is one of the best built and best insulated trailers on the market. We purchased this model because it sleeps 6, has a bath tub, has a large fresh water tank compared to other trailers of it's size, and is really well built. Dry weight of 4200lbs, tongue weight of 500lbs, and GVWR 5900lbs. Some other features include TV, off road chassis, stabilizing jacks, Good-Year Tires, double height Diamond-plate front, rear corner bed with overhead bunk, outdoor shower, full galley and front sofa. $12,500.00
