One owner (senior couple), non-smokers, no pets, special factory order, no modifications, Four Seasons design, and stored inside. Clean and detailed. After a tour of the factory in LaGrande, OR we special ordered this trailer. It has been used only for recreation and not a temporary residence (such as construction work, student or family housing).
