According to the seller, the unit is in great shape and needs nothing else at this time except a new queen mattress (sellers removed the old one as they knew new owners might want to have their own) and two (2) flat-screen TVs to finish off the living area and bedroom. In 2012 there was rain intrusion from a storm that pushed water through the seals in the rear for a short time. The coach was professionally repaired and there have been no issues in the past 11 years. No leaks or signs of leaking. New engine battery and new awning fabric! New inverter! Ceiling vents and shower skylight have been replaced. Failing body decals have been removed and are ready for new decals. The tires are original, have good tread, they will need to be replaced.
