All reasonabe offers and questions welcome....This is a 2015 Open Range 413 rll that retailed at $80k just 2.5 years ago. I hesitate to call this a RV when it's more like an apartment on wheels. At 413 sq ft, this is one roomy rig built with weight in mind at 12,500 lbs unloaded. Just completed a two year warranty inspection and checklist in the Fall of 2016 including all propane lines, brakes, etc. All warranty issues were fixed at that time leaving it flawless and like new. Washer/dryer combo included in the price. Factory tires were replaced with durable Maxxis tires in the Fall of 2015 and have lots of miles left on them. Carpets and upholstry were just shampooed. Many upgrades include skylights in the shower and living room, self leveling jacks, and stabilizer bars. An electric gate valve on the main black tank makes emptying easy with the push of a button. In the master bedtoom, huge his AND hers double closets which are a rarity in a 5th wheel gives lots of space. Built in drawers add to the storage. Two bathrooms with wet bath in the bunkroom gives two shower options. Corian countertops give a feel of home along with deep stainless kitchen sinks. Corian folding countertop over the stove adds lots of extra counter space. Pull out 3 shelf spice rack next to the stove adds to the huge amount of cabinet space in the kitchen area. Double door fridge works on propane or electric and is much more durable long term than residential fridges which aren't made to bounce down the road. Moveable island in the kitchen adds lots of storage and can be rolled out of the way when more space is needed. Dining table for 4 can convert to table for 6 with leafs stored inside the table. Two a/c untis keep the living areas cold in the summer. Bunk room has a loft with ladder that sleeps 2-3 children up top, along with a jacknife sofa with bunk above for a total of 4-6 kids in the bunkroom. Bunk room also includes a hanging closet and desk. We have traveled as a family of 5 from the Florida Keys to the Smokey Mts and over to New Orleans in the two and a half years we've owned this rig along with many trips to Ft Wilderness at Disney. You will love it as much as we have. Life changes have made it hard to use, so we would rather see another family enjoy it. Currently located in Freeport, FL.
