Trim on this RV is 395BHS. We bought this RV new in 2013. It has 3 bunks and a half bath in the back bunkhouse (2 twins and 1 full). Includes 3 flatscreen TV's (1 in bunk room, 1 in living room, and 1 in master bedroom). Master bedroom is a queen bed and living room has a fold out queen bed. Has 3 air conditioners, 1 15000 btu a/c in living room, and 2 13500 btu a/c units (1 in master bedroom and 1 in the bunk room). Includes a Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel pin box. Outdoor kitchen has microwave, sink, refrigerator, and cook top. Tires are in great shape with no weather checking. Has Electric 4 point leveling system. Has 2 gray and 2 black tanks. This RV is cleaner than new and shows no wear on the flooring. We used it only for a couple of vacations. We are selling because our kids no longer travel with us.
