This is a beautiful coach. It is in immaculate condition. Everything works like brand new. Dual Dometic air conditioners, island kitchen with sink, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Entertainment center has 32" TV radio, DVD player and Fireplace below. Speakers inside and out. Two recliners, sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs in great room. Full size queen bed, 7' closet and dresser in bedroom, all like new. THe awning is in prestine condition. It is cable and satellite ready, with outdoor shower. Custom rims all the way around. 85 gallon fresh water tank, 82 gallon grey tank and 41 gallon black water tank. This means you could be in the woods for days with no water and lack for nothing. There is tons of storage inside and out. Towing is a breeze with this thing too. Any 3/4 ton truck should be able to tow without even knowing it is back there. This coach is in perfect condition. My wife is an RV Technician at a very prestigious RV dealership and has maintained the trailer every moment we have owned it. Completely resealed in September 2016 and everything was inspected and cleaned (AC ducts, heater, water heater, LP detector, etc). I may even be able to work a deal on the hitch and stabilizer bars for serious buyers ($1,200 value). The only reason we are selling is that we are wanting to restore some vintage trailers and we don't have room for everything. The price is pretty firm as we are asking what is owed on it.
