Space rent is paid through Nov. 1st .  You can purchase it now and leave it sit until this fall.  For $10/month, a fulltime resident in the Fiesta Grande RV Resort, Casa Grande, Arizona, where it’s set up will check on it once a week and notify you of any issues. Here are a few of our favorite features.  You can see the rest in the pictures. This unit has never been on the road nor smoked in, and is in pristine condition.   33 feet long90 degree turning capability.½ ton towable.3 slides for spacious interior (2 large slides in living area, 1 in bedroom).With slides extended, living room/dining area is 13 ft, 3 in. across by 9 ft from end window to near end of island.Kitchen cooking area is 95 in. side to side by 6 ft from living room end of island to cupboards.Bathroom floor space is 4 ft by 4 ft 2 in.Dinette table with 4 chairs.Pull down pleated fabric shades. Under bed storage3 skylights (1 in bathroom, 1 in entry, 1 over cooking area in addition to overhead vent.Electric-operated vent with adjustable speed fan over cooking area.  Fan automatically turns off when vent cover is lowered with power button.Manual opening fan vent in bathroom.Electric awning.Electric levelers.Electric fireplace (fun in winter).  Heats unit to 72º.  Glass does not get hot.  Warm air is vented out top of screen.Rear ladder is removable and easily stored in the pass-through basement storage.Plenty of electrical outlets.LED lighting for energy efficiency and they don’t generate heat.This unit does not have a generator.This unit has the perfect floor plan with spacious floor areas and light color upper cabinets for that airy feeling.  Many cupboards, drawers and storage areas.  The propane system has recently been checked, cleaned and regulated, which was necessary after someone incorrectly handled our propane tanks.  Lesson learned…..handle your own tanks and hoses. The furnace and two A/C units keep the interior very comfortable in any season.  The A/C units operate independently of each other.   The floor is faux wood grain and very easy to maintain, not to mention it doesn’t show the dirt or footprints.  This unit books conservatively on NADA at $40,470.
