This unit is amazing! It's 40 feet long and has 5 slides. I've lived in it full-time for less than a year and a half and it's been STATIONARY the entire time. It's very open feeling looking like an Incredible Coastal Cottage!!! There is one broken window on bottom rear window and the bathroom fan doesn't work. The den heat pump/AC unit needs repair but the fan works. I survived last GA summer with only using bedroom AC and fan in den and kitchen. (I use the fireplace to heat the unit.) Otherwise it's in great condition!!! Front porch included (to be removed by buyer) and Washer/dryer unit. The den and kitchen were professionally painted and there is new vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathroom. Also, I added a new glass and stone backsplash in kitchen. Last fall the roof was sealed professionally around all openings and I just had it cleaned professionally.
