The unit was driven from dealer's location to our place so only few miles on it.We had the unit moved to our new farm in June 2014 brand new from RV store in Spring, TX.Has been sitting on concrete slab running ever since and was our house for the first 16 months. Has stayed plugged in and connected since for occasional out of town guests. Minimal wear and all lighting, appliances, furnishings, canopy,vent fans, slide outs etc operating like new. I only recently closed up the master bedroom and bunkhouse slides to make ready for moving.
