2014 Open Range Mesa Ridge 316RLS, STILL UNDER 2 YEAR FACTORY WARRANTY. We've had a great time taking care of this RV over the past year. Our only regret is that we purchased it new - had we seen an ad like this last year, it would have been perfect! So we're taking a pretty significant hit selling this at a depreciated price, but we're planning to downsize and try out a small motorhome. Compare to the $40k - $50k prices of new 2014's on the market and you can see that this is an excellent deal to get an RV in excellent condition for a much much lower price.
