We purchased this fifth wheel new in February 2014. It's a triple axle and approximately 42 feet long. It has been stored indoors or covered since we have owned it. It has a "Trail Air" hitch that makes it tow very smoothly. It has three TV's, a double fridge, king size bed, and bunkhouse in back with its own half bath. Master bedroom at front of camper with a full bath. It could comfortably sleep up to 8 (manufacturer states that it sleeps 12). There are LED lights in the awning and it has two air conditioners. Lots of other features like auto level. The RV is still like new inside and out and still has a remaining factory warranty (through February 2016). I also have a B&W 20K pound hitch.Asking $47,000 - well below NADA value!
