I custom ordered this from the RV show in 2012, however it is a 2013. It has been under a carport at my house the entire time other than when camping. The trailer is in excellent condition inside and out. Looks brand new. Always maintained and cleaned after each use. Everything works perfect. Never smoked in. After always having a 5th wheel and now being empty nesters we have decided to purchase a motorhome and do something different. I am motivated to sell so I have listed below NADA average retail.
