The overall condition of this coach is good to very good. It is a low-mileage vehicle and has had recent service including a generator service (just under 200 hours).
The exterior exhibits minimal to no sun fade, the stripes look good. But there is a scrape on the DS overhang, exposed fiberglass that will need repair but still water-tight. The D.S. slide awning cover is also scraped but functions fine. A recent inspection uncovered a crack in the front window that will need to be addressed by the next owner. There is a missing cap on the awning also. The steps will need servicing, bent bracket. The owner has replaced the house battery and front left tire. He has no plans to address anything else, price reflects condition.
The interior generally looks very nice but it has user wear and tear. There is some scrapes on the bathroom door, a scrape over the entry door on the wallpaper, both can be seen in pictures. One of the trim pieces around the slide near the driver is broken at the bottom.
