Measures 22' to the end of the tongue. The title says 21'. I don't know the weight, but it pulled easily with a 3/4T pickup. The Oasis trailers were manufactured in Canada. I have additional photos which can be forwarded upon request. The bath has a mini ceramic toilet with the tank lid bolted on (original) and a nice sized shower, 24" x 30" at the widest, which is enameled steel and appears to have been rarely used. There is an oak medicine cabinet with a beveled mirror over the basin. The cabinet behind the toilet allows access to the back of the elec. service entry, breaker box, back of the hot water heater, and water lines to the kitchen. It also has plenty of room for shelves or extra storage. There is a sliding pocket door between the bath and the bedroom. The BR has a full size bed frame and ample clothes storage with a closet, six drawer dresser, drawers beneath the bed, and overhead cabinets on 2 sides- all in very good condition. There is also an exterior storage compartment with an access from inside of the bedroom. The kitchen ceiling has the most damage from water leaks, which appear to have come from around the various roof vents. The damage extends into a clothes closet located in the kitchen (not pictured) area as well as down the sidewall divider between the kitchen and bedroom and the furnace wall. The cabinetry above and below the kitchen sink are in good condition and have survived damage from the roof leaks. There is some less substantial damage (staining and/or dry rot) along the the base of portions of the walls and windows. I am uncertain of any structural damage, although I have crawled around on the roof which felt solid, as does the subfloor. The kitchen features an exhaust vent over the stove, and a slide out towel rack. The stove top and oven appear to have had little use, if any. The refrigerator looks good, although the rubber door gasket is deteriorated. The "dining room" table does not have the support leg, otherwise it is in good condition. Nor are there any benches for the table- and it appears there weren't any originally. There is a propane line for a gas lamp above the table, however the lamp is no longer there. The windows are louvered and have all of their hardware and function, although they need to be cleaned and lubricated. A glass panel in one has a missing corner, and another has a crack. The existing wall and ceiling lamps are 110v and appear serviceable. The entry door features privacy glass with a fab 50's starburst pattern. There is also a glide out step at the base of the door. There are no water or sewage holding tanks, and I do not have the 30A electrical connection cord. There are only a few irregularities to the aluminum siding- the worst being a slight inflection at the rear panel on the right side just past the cargo compartment. This is the side just opposite the shower. There is also some deterioration of the siding along the base in that area. Otherwise the siding appears to have been well preserved under the salmon colored paint which I expect should strip off, and then polish up nicely! Due to the extensive components of a travel trailer, I have undoubtedly overlooked something! Please do not hesitate to ask questions! I will gladly forward extra pics upon request. Due to the age and condition of this trailer I strongly urge anyone interested in purchasing it to make a first hand inspection prior to bidding. This trailer is being sold "AS IS" and any sale will be considered final. There is nothing included in this sale other than that which is pictured or has been described. I will store the trailer for a maximum of 90 days after the end of the auction at no additional cost. If it in not picked up, the trailer will be forfeited to recover storage costs. I have a good Idaho title which is still in the name of the prior owner, and will pass that along to to the successful bidder upon retrieval of the trailer. This sale is being conducted due to forfeiture by a previous buyer due to default of the terms of sale and to recover storage fees.
