1983 NU-WA 25DB, Nu-Wa has always been known for producing high quality motorhomes and towables. This motorhome is the ideal vehicle to take to the lake or to use as a tailgating machine for athletic events. Overall good condition with a few things that need a some attention: Engine carburetor needs a cleaning, running rich above 40 mph (issue resolved 5/25/16 purrs like a kitten now). Generator turns over but will not fire up, likely fuel filter (issue resolved 5/25/2015 charges real good). No leaks in the roof or in the bunk area above the cab. This is an amazing fifth wheel that is very well built with true QUALITY CONSTRUCTION. It has soooo much storage built in throughout the trailer. The layout is wonderful. The decor is beautiful with light and bright neutral colors throughout. The living room has 2 comfy recliners, and a couch that are placed nicely for conversation and viewing the entertainment center. The entertainment center has a full desk area, a FIREPLACE, TV, and great storage. The kitchen is AMAZING! There is a huge U-Shaped bar. The ISLAND KITCHEN IS AMAZING! There is lots of storage in the kitchen, a double door fridge/freezer, nice pantry spaces, large double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave/hood. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around queen bed, and tons of storage including a large closet, huge linen closet that has washer dryer hook ups, and large built in drawers. The bathroom has a nice sink/vanity, cabinet space, big glass enclosed corner shower, and the commode is in it's own private room. This fifth wheel is very spacious.
