2005 Northwood Artic Fox 31W, NADA values this trailer at over $14,000. It's rough and we're blowing it out at as "as is" sale. Previous owner added insulation to walls inside some closets and baggage areas. It's well insulated for some pipeliner who needs a bargain priced trailer to live in. We're adding a new mattress and dining table and chairs. Some leak damage and some exterior blemishes, but unit is usable and livable and priced right.
