2012 Northwood Mfg Arctic Fox 990, Excellent condition; meticulously maintained; original owner. No pets, no smoking, no poop in the toilet. Wet Bath. Truly a 4 seasons rig. Queen mattress in cabover. Large slide-out includes dinette & frig. Solar panel, Fantastic Fan, Back-up camera. Dealer replaced the oven with 2 large drawers at time of purchase. 2 new batteries 12/14. Two 30 lb propane tanks. Fresh water tank: 55 gal., large gray & black water tanks. Dealer inspected roof 5/15. Reason Selling: we absolutely love this camper but are roaming less so are replacing it with a snowbird trailer.
