The unit has low miles and appears to be in good condition. The rear ladder is broken. The awning is missing. The sofa has serious peeling issues that could benefit from reupholstering or a cover. The interior cover to the fan is cracked and needs repair. The seller had an engine failure on the original motor and Ford put in a crate engine back in 2022. Service records available.
