The upholstery is in good condition. There is one exception: the left arm of the captain's chair has some fabric wear (see photo).
The tile is quite shiny and in very good condition.
The roof appears intact, with no visible signs of leaks in the coach.
The engine and generator started right up and ran fine during the photoshoot.
All slides and awnings extracted and retracted fine during the photoshoot.
The tires are all similar to the Michelin brand and have good tread. Only two tires had visible date codes of 2019.

This Dutch Star can operate dependably in a typical RV Park running on a 50 amp AC connection, or it can go off the grid and get power from the Onan 10,000 Quiet Diesel Generator. If you want to stay off the grid for a while, rest assured you've got support from a 105-gallon water tank, a 45-gallon waste tank, and a 65-gallon gray water tank. A 5-watt solar panel on the roof will help keep your batteries charged.
