This coach is in very good condition for an RV almost ten years old with the expected wear and tear.
There is a minor leak around the passenger side window when it rains; the seller has been unable to see exactly where it is leaking.
The seller has removed the AV components, but he still has them, and those items will go with the new owner.

This RV is in very good condition! The interior is amazing. The chairs and upholstery are not peeling at all. The flooring/carpet is showing some wear and tear but not significant. The seller replaced the microwave; it is no longer a convection oven.
The exterior is also in very good condition. There are no dents/dings or broken lights.
The seller added the solar panels and charger, which are 3 at 100 watts each.
Reason for selling is not traveling as much.
