This trailer has always been under roof when not being used. Comes with full skirting including fith wheel storage with zipper door. Excellent condition. Everything works fine. I always kept the roof clean and rv treated. Always kept the trailer waxed and clean inside and out. It will haul atvs or myself i hauled to full dressed harleys. Very luxurious unlike most toyhaulers. This trailer is built by newmar and by far one of the best toyhaulers ever made. Ducted air and heat. Daul a/cs. Shower with skylight and a queen size bed. Washer dryer brand new. Onan generator will run everything in trailer including a/c units. Four season trailor. Heated compartment where the water hook up is. Seperate fuel tanks one for generato and one for fueling station. Four burner kithchen stove. Gas and electric refridge. Sofa with two recliners. Fold up bar with two stools. Its just a straight up nice trailer problem free ready to go. Trailer is near baton rouge loisianna. I need to sell im gonna retire and go smaller. Make a fair offer im ready to talk. I pull this with an f-350 pulls like a dream dont even know its there. Thanks Ted
