This 2007 Newmar Ventana 3939 RV is in very good condition. There is no visible damage to the interior or exterior. The full body paint shows no signs of fading. According to the seller, the engine and transmission were serviced in November 2021. The tires and batteries were also replaced in 2021. Stock #268855 Ventana 3939 with 6 new Michelin tires, 3 slide-outs, 84,000 miles! This 2007 Newmar Ventana 3939 RV is in very good condition. This RV is equipped with a Cummins 330 HP engine mounted on a Spartan chassis with only 84,000 miles on this diesel engine. Three slides provide a spacious interior - plenty of room for family and friends. The RV is entered into the cockpit. Here you will find the control panel, the generator start/stop, the auto-leveling system, and the backup camera display. The main TV is also located here. Moving back from the cockpit is the lounge area with a convertible sofa with recliners opposite the L-sofa. The upholstery is in good condition. 36 ft. long motorcoach 340 HR Cummings Diesel Engine Allison six speed transmission Freightliner chassis Four side-outs, 2 on each side offers a large comfortable living area. The furniture (couch, loveseat and driver and passenger seats) are made by Flex Steel with leather upholstery. Has couch that also makes into a Queen size bed. There is also a love seat. The drivers and passenger seats recline and swivel around to face the living area. The dinette can also make into a bed. Kitchen has a gas stove top and a microwave/convection oven. There is a 4 door refrigerator/ freezer with ice maker. Runs off of gas or electric. There is adequate cabinets and drawers for storage in the kitchen. In the living area there is a 32 in. Flat screen tv that can be easily viewed by everyone in that area. There is also a surround sound system in the living area. On the roof there is a Winegard Automatic satellite Direct TV dish. There is also a HD popup tv antenna. There is a shower on one side and a toilet and sink on the opposite side between the living area and the rear bedroom. There are 2 sliding doors for privacy. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with upgraded mattress. The bed lifts up for more storage. A 32 inch flat screen tv. Large closet for hanging clothers and lots of storage cabinets and drawers. The large awning on the passenger side has a wind sensor. You can set it to automatically withdraw at whatever wind speed you want. This coach has a 50 amp service with a surge protector. It also has a Cummings Onan 8000 Generator that will run the whole coach. Because the coach has a rear diesel engine the generator is at the front of the coach. This makes it nice when traveling and you pull over for the night you don't hear the generator run. There are 2 air conditioners on the roof that also have heat strips. The coach also has a furnace. The front wheels are equipped with "Tyron Bands" which is an option that prevents the tires from leaving the wheels in the event of a blowout which allows the driver to maintain steering control.
