I will include the car (2016 Nissan Versa SR) and the trailer (Kar Kaddy SS) for an additional $9k. Bringing the total for everything to $99k.I am willing to go over every inch of the coach to explain all of the options and how to use them, showing that everything is fully operational. I can send more pics, videos, purchase paperwork w/warranty and protection plans, etc. for anyone not in the immediate area.I am already in discussions with a reputable local RV Dealer who is interested buying/consigning the RV (the RV by itself, no household goods, accessories, trailer, and car). They are interested in consigning the RV for close to what I have it listed for. I am making that public knowledge SO PLEASE do not contact me with an offer lower than what I have posted. If no one is interested in purchasing the coach by the end of March I am either consigning it or having it shipped across the country to be rented out. Again, please do not waste my time or yours.  I have already had the car appraised by Carmax and a local Nissan dealership and received written offers by both for over $10k. I can send all of that info/documentation once discussions begin.This is not a scam. We thought we wanted the convenience and safety of a new coach while we traveled. We were wrong. We realized we feel more at home in an old coach that has more of a vintage feel. Our first travel trailer was a late 80's Holiday Rambler, which we bought used and kept in Buxton, NC and used frequently for almost 10 years. We miss it. This past weekend we went and bought an 85' Foretravel which we will be taking on the road instead.If it seems shady or too good to be true just email me and we can chat.
