Tiny House Conversion!! I liked the idea of a tiny home so I got the highest quality RV I could afford and remodeled it. The Newmar 5th wheels were incredibly well engineered. This is a superior heavy duty all season RV. Everything works properly! I purchased this 38 foot RV in 2013 in a like new state. It appeared to have been nearly completely unused at that time. I removed a lot of heavy wood cabinetry that made up the media center and desk, pulled out the carpet in the LR, and dumped the furniture. I replaced the carpet in the big slide, laid what seem to be indestructible flooring, had the entire downstairs professionally painted and replaced the cabinet hardware. All new window treatments finished it. I am selling this amazing space empty to fill as you wish. I am including pics to show how it looked with my furnishings. I have added a new memory foam mattress and the dryer remains as well. The Newmar tows in harmony with your heavy duty truck thanks to it's excellent balance and paired dually wheels set-up. Tires in great condition. All lights work. Ice maker in freezer. HU for washer. Huge storage space in the main compartment as well as the basement.
