I am the second owner of this RV. The original owner special ordered it from the factory and used it as a seasonal trailer in Florida. I purchased it 2 years ago. This 35LKSA is as per original specifications with the exception of an alteration from the factory to raise the bathroom floor to be level with the bedroom.As can be seen from the pictures this RV is in good condition including the carpet. I have added the following: New tires (all eight for the four dual wheels), ($1400)2. Both air conditioners have been replaced with new units. ($2200)3. New sofa, chair, and matching ottomans ($1100)4. New water heater ($300)5. New stack washer and dryer ($1300)6. New toilet ($250). The following must be noted: 1. There is a 2 1/2 foot by 3 foot soft spot on the roof. It existed before I purchased it. The spot appears to have been a result of a plumbing vent leaking on the surface of the luan which degraded the top luan in the area. It cracked when stepped on. The trusses would not have been affected since the entire structure of the RV is aluminum. The britetek roof does not sag or retain water. There are no apparent leak marks on the inner ceiling or anywhere within the RV. Since purchase the entire roof has been inspected and recaulked after cleaning of old sealant. 2. There is a small leak around the bottom left bedroom slide when it is out. It happens during downpours. This is an excellent trailer. All Newmar trailers have stick build aluminum side walls. with 3 inches of insulation. I originally purchased this for $19500 and have added thousands of dollars worth of new items. It is listed at a price to sell quickly. The low NADA retail for full body paint is over $20000. I have purchased a new park model and want to stop paying insurance and storage costs. My loss is your gain.
