2006 Newmar Torrey Pine , Newmar only builds luxury, top of the line coaches. This is the 40 foot 5th wheel that you want! With 50 amp service, it boasts 2 ducted air units, a 35K propane heater, satellite equipped, 19.5 cu. Ft. residential refrigerator, washer AND dryer, full 8 foot wide closet, 2 European recliners, sofa bed, 32 inch LCD TV, microwave, central vacuum system, surround sound speakers and bedroom extensions, heated tanks and basement (with side to side slide out tray), MOR/ryde suspension, leaded glass fronts on living area cabinets, oak doors on cabinets (lots and lots of cabinets, and tremendous bedroom cabinet space), R19 insulation, slide out pantry drawers, sky light in the shower, 10 gal. dsi water heater, 16 foot awning, 2 super slides and a bedroom slide, electric jacks fore and afte and more I take for granted and cant remember to list. This coach has been professionally maintained and is in excellent condition. My wife and I live in it, so everything works! It is a Newmar, and nothing else gets close.
