stored indoors and well maintained , this diesel pusher is one of the cleanest and best maintained to be found anywhere, recently traded in on a prevost, this newmar dutchstar 40ft has it all, special ordered with 3 slides and a 400hp cat diesel and a gorgeouse interior color combo with maple cabinets, corion counters, washer dryer hookup and extra refrigerator, interior is flawless, everything works, both a/c units are new, microwave is also new, tvs and dvrs are updated as well,stereo works great with cd player. paint is perfect , no leaks, no dogs, no kids,water pump replaced, new transfer switch, propane works great , refrigerator is ice cold and works on propane and electric, all hoses and cables for hookup included, tires are dec 2012 , chassie has been greased , oil in engine has been changed, fuel seperators serviced, generator has 400 hours and has been serviced both fuel and oil.all glass is perfect and front window has NO CHIPS or cracks, basically this coach is outstanding from cosmetics to motor/tranny to opperational equipment throughout.
