The coach has very low mileage (8,500) with "Comfort Steer". The motorhome has a Spartan Chassis with a 350 HP Cummins diesel motor. It is impeccably maintained and when not used is stored under cover at all times. The floor plan is model 3933 and we are the original owners.. Never any smoking or pets in the coach. The Coach has all the standard features and upgraded 4 door fridge with icemaker, Aluminum wheels, pass through storage tray, brand new coach batteries (4), solar panel, upgraded cabinetry, window awnings all around and many other additional items. Coach has an 8,000 generator with 91 hours on the unit. I have maintained the rubber roof at least twice each year. The unit is regularly washed and waxed.
