This unit is like the day I bought it. their were only the 2 of us used it only on weekends the last 4 years used it very little do to my injuries. Has less than 200miles on it. No pets. the couch bed was never used. the tv and dvd surround is new. this unti is fully stocked with everything you ever need. You need to buy pillows and blankets. You will never find a unit like this because they don't make them like they use to. Who ever buys this unit I will be buying 8 brand new tires and then it will go to a trailer repair place to get the brake system looked at if anything is wrong it will be fixed. Meaning you will have a worry free unit. Lets say if you need a tool its there you need to take the weight off the springs it there . No cheap lights for the awnings yes more than 1 awning.
