35 foot, class A 1995 Mountainaire Motorhome by Newmar.Clean title, runs and drives great!Front engine, 460 Ford with Ford automatic transmission and drivetrain.6000 lbs front axle, 15000 lbs rears. LT235/85/16 tires all in great shape 85% tread or better.One large slide outMicrowave, fridge, stove, stand up shower, master bedroom in back, back up camera.Generator, Onon 6500 gen-set, 120 volt, 54.2 amps, with 230 hours.Motorhome had a tree fall on the left side. Put a hole through the slide out and through the roof, which we have patched. It has set here all winter and we have seen no extra water intrusion after our repairs. Tree also got the top back left of the roof, denting it in.
