2007 Newmar Mountain Aire 3994, My wife and I purchased this unit brand new just after we retired but because of some very serious health issues between us both we have never really been able to use it or justify owning it. Therefore the time has come to sell. The motorhome mod #3994 is smoke and pet free and has less than 3,000 miles on the odometer.This unit has so many options that I decided to just show the original sales brochure and the invoice that way you can examine it the way that we did. I would like to add that the coach also has the Banks upgrade system to the engine ($3,500), Diamond Shield Protection and M & G Engineering System brakes for the towed car. What that means is that we you apply the brakes to the motorhome, the brakes are electrically applied in the car at the same time. It is active as soon as you plug the cord from the car to the motorhome. There are no better brakes than these. The towing system is a Blue Ox and the car can be hooked to the motorhome in less than 2 minutes. Everything inside and under the motorhome goes with this sale. Coffee maker, toaster, plates, silverware, pots & pans, sheets and pillow cases, pillows, towels and wash rags, Coleman grill, tool box and tools, lawn chairs and a lot more that I can't think of right now. Basically all you need to do is to bring your toothbrush and you're ready to travel. This motorhome has always been stored indoors and because I saw a few cracks in the tires just last year, I decided to replace all six last year at a cost of over $3,000. The tires has about 800 miles on them and are like new. In fact, this motorhome is perfect in everyway and rides and appears as new. You could go and buy one like this new today and spend well over $250,000 or buy this one at $89,900. As I mentioned this motorhome is one owner, my wife and I. We love this coach but she has recently had hip replacement and I have cancer, COPD, Type II Diabetes, Heart Disease and I have now been diagnosed with early Parkinson's Disease.
