I purchased this motorhome from the family of a friend of mine that suddenly passed away. My friend purchased this coach new and with only 12K + miles used it very little. He was a non-smoker and had no pets. I purchased this coach and drove it 60 miles to my home and put it in a climate controlled storage. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with an illness that is not going to allow me to drive any more. 2007 Newmar Mountain Aire 4523 with Comfort Drive, ONLY 12,750 miles on this beautiful, high end, like new coach. Spartan K2 chassis with 450HP Cummins diesel engine, 45 ft with 4 slides, sleeps 6. Keyless entry system. Girrard power side awning. King bed with 32" TV in bedroom and safe in wardrobe closet. Beautiful ultra leather sofa in the living room that makes into a king size bed. Double pane windows. Full paint with super clear coat. Diamond shield front protective film.
