Spartan Chassis (model# MM-2242), 300hp Cummins Diesel Pusher, Automatic Transmission (shifts nice), Air Brakes, Air Chassis, Power Steering, Vin# 4VZBN2195YC034480, The chassis was recently went through from top to bottom. All filters/oil was replaced (even to the hard to find ones like the hydraulic filters). Motorhome pulls strong and recently went up Mount Airy at 65mph towing my jeep w/o a problem. Interior of coach is in great shape. We are not smokers so it isn't stinky. Keep clean parked in my driveway since we purchased it. We had a monolithic roof installed last year from when it came due before we had any leaks (it was just time to do so). I personally like the coach but we want to move to a 5th wheel as it fits our family better at this time. We also recently had a brand new windshield installed at Newmar so it was done correctly. Only pending maintenance items are it is getting time for tires as they are starting to show some cracks but still have a lot of tread. The unit also needs a buffing to shine her up before winter which is on my list of things to do...

1999 Newmar Dutch Star 3865, this unit is in very good cond. the intior has beed redone with granite counter tops and sinks ,fasutes on solid oak cabinets NO plastic.the two air units also have heat pumps and they work great.floors have newer caepet and vinyl flooring.,washer& dryercombo. running gear is in excellent cond. serviced every 6000 mi .rebuilt leveling jackes new Mechlin tires on shiny mag wheels that don't need polishing replaced ball joints because of factory defect evry thing checkout in good dcond after they were redone.new 3 way water heater and a20 gal eletric aux water heater won't run out of hot water,7000 watt Kabota generator many more options there is a full basement for storage this motor home runs excellent with the spartan chassiy cummins 300hp ISC motor 6 speed trans,it will keep up toanything on the road.. $42,500.00.call for more info or to make offer
