Slide-out contains couch that opens into a double bed and desk that opens to seat four at the dining table. When out it reveals floor to ceiling storage area for food/dishes. Curbside has co-pilots captains chair that swivels to provide additional seating beside the leather couch with built in recliner. Across the isle from the desk and next to the leather sofa is the kitchen area. It contains a double sink with extra filtered drinking water tap, a 3-burner gas stove, a convection oven/microwave, and full sized refrigerator with freezer above. Under the counter is a built-in icemaker. A thermostatically controlled exhaust fan is located in the ceiling of the kitchen area. The bathroom has a large storage area with hook-ups for a washer/dryer combination. Large glass shower has skylight, lavatory has lighted mirror, toilet area has exhaust fan. Bathroom can be isolated from master bedroom by a sliding door. Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed surrounded by end tables with storage overhead. At the foot of the bed are two full-length closets with drawers below and TV above on left side. Air conditioning and heating are ducted throughout the coach. Interior storage locations include under both sofas, overhead in the leather couch and kitchen areas and in the bath area. Exterior storage is under coach baggage areas. Two compartments are the full width of the coach and one of those has a rollout tray accessible from either side of the coach. Entertainment includes a built-in radio with speakers throughout the coach. A television system including a satellite dish and positioner, a combination DVD and VHS tape player/recorder, an external cable television input. The front TV and rear TV can use different sources as selected at the DVD player.Coach is equipped with a 7kw diesel generator and a 2kw inverter/battery charger. $38,500.00 REDUCED TO $34,500.
