This is one immaculate recreational vehicle. It shines like a new car.The entire outside has been professionally resealed. The slide out has new seals that were professionally installed. New vinyl flooring throughout. New color back up camera and monitor. New micro wave. New faucets and shower faucet and shower head. New LED lighting throughout the coach. Engine is in excellent running condition. 4000 Onan generator runs great and has only 260 hours. 3 coats of Elastomeric applied to roof in October. 2 coats of waterproofing applied to porch awning in October. Freezer and refrigerator are very cold and work perfectly. Air conditioner could freeze you out. Can sleep 6 with sleeper sofa and dining table converting to a bed. This coach also has a brake buddy if you wish to tow a car or tow dolly. We have all records of maintenance and all owners manuals. It is absolutely ready for the road. This is the last time this unit will be reduced in price. We have purchased a larger RV for when retirement comes at the end of the year. If you are able to find a unit as nice as this for less money, you better buy it.
