This is a 2 owner VERY WELL cared for 39 ft Dutch Star. It has been well serviced with only 38,105 miles. Recent work includes 2 new air conditioners, new refrigerator, new Goodyear tires, service on all fluids and filters, 2 new 32" Vizio tv's, all ride hight sensors, and all batteries and charger. This coach sold for $225,000 new. It has the highest upgraded cabnetry, Flexsteel leather seating for front seats and both couches. It is rare to find a nice size bathtub. It has a $9000 factory full paint upgrade. It also floats down the road on the upgraded Spartan chassis and large Cummins 370hp turbo diesel and best of all no def fluids required and not all the fickle computer controls that were mandatory after 2007. The SIDE RADIATOR is a must for easy and lower cost service. We have averaged 8.5-11.3 mpg for our trips. The super quiet Onan 7.5 only has 250 hrs on it. Recent installation of a gas grill and Dometic refer/freezer make camping a breeze. It has a washer/dryer combo and lots of kitchen storage. A large master closet and queen bed make you feel at home. It has 2 slide-outs, which decrease problems compared to 3 or 4. The dinette and couch slide out about 36" which gives you just as much room as 2 - 18" slides but much less moving parts. The NEWMAR Dutch Star is known for above average fit and finish and overall quality. This is one of the cleanest and lowest milage coaches around. My loss is your gain. DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS COACH
