V10 gasoline Class A toy hauler with 1.5 baths (front bath with toliet, sink, and shower; rear with only a toliet and sink). We love our RV but have one child in college and one to begin soon! This RV has served us well on our many trips across the USA touring with the family. It sleeps 10 comfortably and the garage makes for an excellent hide away for the kids. Hate to see it go! The coach comes with a transferrable Cornerstone policy that expires 9/25/2018, and a NIU tire policy that expires 9/26/2020. In addition to many factory upgrades, the original purchaser (a business that used it for remote auction services), installed an additional $4617.83 in add ons. I have attached a picture of the factory sticker. Inlcuded is the Blue Ox tow system.The coach has seen some of the worst roads in the USA, has climbed and descended every major USA mountain range. We have "broken it in" and fixed all of the items that could go wrong! Some of the items are (2) new AC units in the front, new leveling system controller, two new batteries, new windshield, new front triple step motor, new outside speakers, front seats re-upholstered (wife used a bleach based cleaner and destroyed them), and front two tires are brand new.
