HUGE underneath storage area. Norcold 12 cu ft Fridge w/ Icemaker runs off LP or Elec. will change automatically. Tecma toliet (no cheap foot flush here). In Motion satellite, more LED TVs than you will need. If you are fulltiming and need A TON of storage this is the model for you. We couldn't fill it up! Mid Engine allows for more weight than most coaches to be carried due to better balance of the coach. as well as driving it is amazing, easy to hold on the road, tons of power. All maintenance was just done in Dec. of 2016 before we purchase by Steinbring Motorcoach in MN (exclusive Newmar seller and reseller). This is a wonderful coach, in excellent shape. We unbolted the 3rd and 4th row captains chairs to allow for a play space for the kids. No problem to put those back in. 2 AC/heat pumps works EXCELLENT. Also a furnace that heats great and heats the basement storage areas underneath for true 4 season RV'ing (110v heat pads for holding tanks). 10 gal elec. & gas hot water heater, 105g Fresh water, 65g Grey tank, 45g Black, 32lb/g LP, 42,000 BTU furnace. Interior height is 84 inches (7ft tall celiing) 100g fuel tank, 50 amp service, 2000watt inverter, solar panel for engine battery (never a dead battery) 6000lb towing hitch (we towed a 2014 Honda CRV no issues) 8600lb Net Carrying Capacity. Auto leveling jacks. Great for a larger family and priced right too. You won't find one with 3 bunks. This coach needs nothing. Ready to fulltime without a 2nd though. Bank has the title to the coach. No trades. Must have your own financing. We are a family of 5 that fulltimed for 5 weeks until father in law had spinal cord injury that has taken us off the road until we can get him adjusted to his new way of life, thus we are selling (can't have both RV and house payment) We put around 1,800 miles on it.
