A new coach today is 1-2 million dollars. They are built in Miami, Oklahoma from the ground up. This Newell was built for a base price of $240,000, plus options of $24, 000. All documents included in the Newell book, with all operating manuals and blueprints of the build. The coach was sold in 2003 and was taken to the Miami, Oklahoma Newell plant for renovation. The interior was stripped, and refurbished with new countertops, flooring, ceiling, and walls. The exterior was repainted as original. We purchased the coach in 2011. Since 2011, it has traveled to Florida twice, British Columbia, the National Parks, Lake Superior, Delaware twice, south Texas, and many other short trips.
