The overall condition of this Newell Coach is excellent with the amount of maintenance and upgrades the seller has completed.
It does have a small rip in the back of the drivers seat from the slide out.
The Drivers Air ride seat- the Air ride is not working- seller claims he has ordered a new air tube several times and Newell has sent the wrong part, simple fix.
There are a few tiles pulled up under the dinette that seller has to finish but they covered the access to the slide when he replaced the Slide Seals- wants to point out to new owner due to it being hard to locate. There is a hairline crack on the inside bathroom wall panel.

The Quad Slides on the Newell 45 open up the luxurious livable space with plenty of room for entertaining with leather sofa and chair and the floor fit with the slides is nearly seamless.

It also has built in Wine/Liquor Cabinet. It has a drawer dishwasher. It has a large Cherry door hiding the full refrigerator and 2 separate freezer compartments.
There is an air operated pocket door that leads to the stateroom in the rear there is a King Size Murphy Bed that pulls down with ease. When the Bed is in the upright position there is an additional Television on the backside of it and an opposing couch to relax on.
The Stateroom then leads into a huge Bathroom with Dual Sinks and a totally remodeled Shower Stall and bathroom.
this Coach has an "Active Steer" Tag axle that will allow maneuvering with ease.
The workmanship inside of this Coach is unparalleled in the industry.
