The price shown is for the RV only.  I have my 99 Ford F450 with diesel engine available for $10k. This engine was completely rebuilt but unfortunately I have no paperwork to prove this.  I had it shipped from the shop to my brothers and somewhere the paperwork was lost.  The PowerStroke engine is strong and pulls the RV well.  It is a single cab with a manual transmission. The RV must sell first.  Initial price for the RV was just over $87,000, including over $27,000 in upgrades.   Unit was used for 2 years as FT home for couple exploring western US, specifically desert SW.  They retired to home turf in Nova Scotia, built a home and we purchased the RV with the intent to use it.  Unfortunately this did not happen. The truck mounted hitch is $1k and the unit travels level.  If needed, this price is not included in the RV sale.  The main awning is Weather Pro. The Trail Air air ride hitch is incredible. Along with the hitch is More-Ryde axles with disc brakes.  Your tow would require an electric/hydraulic controller for proper operation. The RV also has air ride bags on the axles that dampen movement. When you travel down the road the RV just floats; very gently.  Very! No porpoiseing, just really a kind ride. The RV is equipped with an Bigfoot auto leveling system.  It is amazing. There are 4 Siemans 110 watt Solar panels with a  Heart 2500 watt inverter. All holding tanks were double insulated, with electric drain valves, and electric heating pads to prevent freezing tanks. The ceiling fan unfortunately has a stripped gear box and will require replacement; either the box or just install a new fan, now with fob controller.  On the internet, the gear box is available for $50 but I will leave the decision to the new owner.  The central vacuum system does not currently work. It does power up when shore power is connected so I don't think there is a huge problem.  Once the hose is connected, the 24 v DC should send a signal to the main power contacts to close and operate the vacuum.  This is the part that is not working. It could be due to corrosion for non-use.  I just don't have the skill to trouble shoot this but I believe it is available with some work. The JVC surround sound system and 60" LCD tv worked flawlessly when we picked up the unit.  Unfortunately, we have never had cable nor satellite connections so we unplugged all the components.  We have no reason to believe they will not function as desired. I used to watch my two DVD's, Roy Orbison and The Eagles, on it and the sound and picture were incredible.  I will definitely miss this. The RV is generator ready. Batteries are 4 AGM.   Tires and rims are G rated. Tires were replace last year when I moved it from Georgia to Oklahoma.  The spare tire is old and should be replaced.  The rims either need repaint or replaced. There is some water damage to the sides.  Repairs included completely resealing the roof.
