There are low-impact dings on the back bumper from a bout with a lawnmower. Corian counter tops along with combo microwave and oven. In 2013 we had some very desirable improvements installed including a Samsung house type refrigerator installed along with mcd blinds on all of the windows which consist of a black privacy screen and a white covering for complete privacy at night. New Stain-Master carpet was installed in 2013. A 32?” Samsung Television was installed in the passenger slide out for outside viewing under the awning. The three televisions inside are all hi-definition, they were new in the last couple years. The coach is powered by a caterpillar 350 horsepower engine and Allison transmission. New gel type batteries were installed in 2013 along with new Michelin ties, they have about 10000 miles on them. In addition, proper sewer hose, water hose, cable tv coax, awning screen extension, and blue-ox tow bar, safety cables, and electrical plug-ins included.
