This Rv has been upgraded with new wood floors, backsplashes in the kitchen and bath, new toilet, new faucet in bath, roof professionally resealed and caulked (rubber membrane), totally washed ,waxed and detailed by pros, both air conditioners serviced, fridge, furnace and hot water heater serviced, generator serviced (carb rebuilt, fuel pump and filter replaced), new sun screens on windshield and side windows, upholstery cleaned, full propane tank, all outside cabinet support rods replaced as needed, leveling jacks serviced, new drivers mirror and 3 new batteries with battery minder on start battery This unit would make a great live in as well as traveler. It has a stove, oven and convection microwave as well as a side by side fridge. It has an air ride tag axle. Roof mounted satellite (dish in dome) with satellite box, auto fan, tv antenna , 2 tvs and a roof rack for storage.
