This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does blow cold air. The ISC Cummins 350hp DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan diesel generator is NOT in working condition. For the buy it now price of $49999 we would have a functional Onan 7500 diesel generator and also for the buy it now of $49999 we would include a full tank of diesel fuel and LP gas along with a combo washer dryer unit. For any other price the current gen will remain and additional add ons will NOT be included. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $49999, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. The water sytem, and the jacks also function at the time of this listing. . for more pics and info please see my websiteThe outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition avg condition when compared to other 12 yr old RVs.The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 12 yr old rvsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 39 foot According to NADA.This RV was built by National RV. It has a Freightliner Chassis , Cat C7 330HP Diesel motor, Onan quiet diesel gen , and an Allison Auto trans.This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble.There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air 12 volt LP furnace as a back upDash AC blows cold airThere is a side by side fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 12 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires currently on the RV are Michelin tires. The date codes range from LATE 2011 to early 2012 manufacturer. Most likely they were all installed at the same time in early mid 2012. Under normal usage the tires should be good well into 2019The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.c.I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home.I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'.
